Jacob is the owner and broker-in-charge of Alliance Group of NC, LLC. With over a decade of experience as a real estate professional, Jacob has built a successful, full service real estate brokerage and consulting firm focused on enhancing the value of unimproved tracts of land on behalf of landowners throughout the Triangle and greater Charlotte markets. He has been responsible for numerous transactions involving over 2,500 acres that have required extensive re-zoning, permitting and development efforts before a wide variety of State and local boards, committees and other authorities and his work has led to the construction of several quality communities and commercial properties throughout North Carolina. Jacob has earned a solid reputation for providing all parties involved with turnkey solutions to their real estate needs and desires and for being an integral part of any project’s success.


As a successful businessman with over 20 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, entrepreneur and investor, Wayne has extensive experience with legal and business aspects of financial transactions, deal structure and contract negotiations. His experience in financial transactions and wide network of business relationships brings a unique experience to AGNC and is helpful in structuring and closing large, complex transactions. Wayne routinely assists clients with reviewing proposals and letters of intent, as well as providing useful insight from a financial standpoint for those clients who provide owner-financing or otherwise have complex financial issues associated with their project. Wayne has his North Carolina real estate broker’s license and is admitted to practice law in New York.


William is a third generation Raleigh-area development professional with an affinity for residential projects. He has spent the last decade advising landowners and private corporations on development transactions around the southeast, especially in the Raleigh, NC area where he still offices and resides. William has managed acquisition, development and construction projects from 3 homesites to 1,000+ acres; from $40k to $36M, and is pleased to bring this knowledge and experience to the AGNC team.


A recent graduate of UNC – Chapel Hill, Peyton provides comprehensive research for prospective properties and outreach to clients. Peyton is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, has a degree in communication and brings a unique and critical design perspective to our work.
