Hired by a local investor, AGNC, in conjunction with its partners, assisted in the site plan and construction approvals for the site, which includes 185 detached home lots. AGNC played a key role in facilitating the sale of this property to Stanley Martin Homes, headquartered in Reston, VA. Construction for this property began in 2017.
