Traditions NE is an assemblage of 350 acres entitled in Wake County for community well and septic. AGNC represented the seller in the entitlement process and is currently negotiating with the Town of Wake Forest for a 100-acre public park, while annexing the residential section for public utilities and 400 single family homes in the Town of Wake Forest.
