The Ryan D. Jones Farm (Phase I) is 64 acres of vacant land located at the corner of Kildaire Farm Road & Ten Ten Road in Cary, NC. AGNC presented the property to the market in April 2012, receiving 12 offers within two weeks. After careful consideration and interviews, the seller, in consultation with AGNC, selected the group we believed most likely possessed the ability to not only control the process of entitlements and permitting, but which could also financially execute the transaction at closing. Finalizing the contract on June 1, 2012, the rezoning was approved by the Town of Cary on June 13, 2013 and the transaction was successfully closed September 2013. Jacob was the Registered Agent and Applicant for the Jones Family Farm, LLC with the Town of Cary.
