Representing the purchaser, Florida-based grocery chain Publix, AGNC facilitated the acquisition of a 10-acre commercially-zoned property in a “green” but rapidly growing area of West Cary, NC. Planning and development for this project will begin in the first quarter of 2018. The center will include around 75,000sf of grocery anchor and shops, together with an outparcel.
