Owned by Caruso homes, a Maryland-based homebuilder, this property boasts 0.5-1acre homesites that feature the capacity to support 2,600-5,000+ square foot homes that start at $480,000. Needing a development partner, Caruso Homes hired AGNC to find a builder for half of the plots.
