Drawing upon the successful representation of Grubb and Stiles in connection with The Carolinian, AGNC has been hired by both groups to represent them in connection with AGNC’s second major “inside the beltline” project located at Glenwood Place. AGNC is currently working through the planning and entitlements necessary to develop the 23-acre parcel situated at the intersection of I-440 and Glenwood Avenue into an urban, structured parking mixed-use project that will include multifamily, retail, office and hospitality product types at this strategic and highly visible location. The project will consist of several million square feet of grocery, office and retail space, surrounded by vertically integrated uses to create the “live, work and play” environment upon which this location can capitalize. AGNC is involved in all aspects of this project and is currently working though entitlements, planning and tenant positioning with both the seller and the buyer. Construction is anticipated to begin in the Fall of 2018.
