The Fryar PDD is a master plan community of 93 acres of unimproved property located at the corner of the future Morrisville Parkway and I-540 interchange in Cary, NC. The property is zoned for a mix of 300+ units of single-family attached and detached residential homes and 22,000 SF of commercial property. Representing the seller, Jacob presented the property to several potential qualified buyers. In consultation with AGNC, the sellers selected a national builder with local development ties and closed this transaction in June 2012. Jacob was the registered agent and applicant for the Fryar family during the rezoning approval process.
