AGNC was contracted to secure subdivision entitlements and construction approvals, as well as manage the sale and development of 900 planned single-family detached lots. Situated between Raleigh and Durham, Falls Village is minutes from the medical and retail amenities of Brier Creek, and RDU International Airport. Construction of the homes will begin in the first quarter of 2020.
