The Westford PUD is a 110-acre planned unit development located at the northwest quadrant of Highway 64 and I-540 in Apex, NC. The property was rezoned from agricultural/farm use to a mixed-use PUD community contemplating 200,000 SF of retail space, 475,000 SF of office space, 32 attached residential units, 366 multi-family units, and a retirement facility consisting of 160 rooms. The property closed January 2012.
